Digital Footprints

People dont realize how much their of their digital foot prints are left all over the internet. It makes it easier to find people from typing in things that are relevant to them. How do people get leave these digital foot prints? Its from the private information that they make public. We are all guilty of it. Some of us provide certain information for employers, while others post information for friends and family. Whatever the reason is, we are all guilty of it. Things that I left in my digital footprint are my company and employer, 100's of photos of me, my birthdate, my email address, things I've written with my name on it, organizations I belong to, my cell phone number, my political party, and a BUNCH of videos of me. I've found the same things for my nephew and my older brother. These are things that we as human beings developing in technological age have been thrown into. Some people are more private than others, and some people perfer to be OUT and ABOUT, but at the end of the day, we ALL leave some sort of digital foot print!

Community

Community to me is a sense of home away from home. Its that world outside of your house, that shows your individuality, and your unity all at the same time. Every person in a community is extremely different. They have different backgrounds, different family values, morals and principles, but one thing that they all have in common is their sense of community. That sense of community that they all share is the glue that ties their individuality together. I know that personally Im from South Side Jamaica Queens. My community is all about good food, fights, and standing up for one another. We would eat, fight, and fight for each other. Thats really all it was. I was never a rough and/or bad kid, but there were plenty of times where I had to defend my self. If you think about it, community is broken up into two english words, "Comm" and "Unity" which both mean "Together". Essentially, community is the art of tying both Individuality, and Unity at the same time.
